The foundation was founded with an unwavering commitment to give back to the disabled community around the world. 100% of every dollar raised will be used to host fundraising events and/or give to organizations that serve the global wheelchair community.

Believe it or not, there are countless countries around the world where adults and children don’t have access to the basic mobility equipment that would allow them to participate in fundamental activities of daily living. We want to contribute to changing this sad reality and have a global impact.   • Giving Back- Anthros team fits 57 wheelchairs to children in Guatemala

    The Anthros team raised almost $20K in March of 2022 and committed to purchase 57 Beeline wheelchairs in Guatemala. Five members of the Anthros team then traveled to Guatemala in May to offer their expertise in wheelchair seating to customize and fit the wheelchairs for each child.

    We learned that many of the children we met had never had a wheelchair and had experienced the world being held by a family member or propped on cushions. Providing these children with wheelchairs was truly life changing- for them and for the families.

IN MAY OF 2022 I HAD THE HONOR OF WORKING WITH THE ANTHROS TEAM IN GUATEMALA PROVIDING WHEELCHAIRS AT CLINICS WITH IN-COUNTRY PARTNERS BEELINE WHEELCHAIRS. THE ANTHROS TEAM’S MEDICAL AND THERAPY EXPERTISE TOOK OUR CLINICS TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL. THEIR PASSION, COMPASSION, AND WORK ETHIC ARE INSPIRING AS THEY USE THEIR TIME AND TALENTS TO CHANGE LIVES FOR THE BETTER.

At The Lake - Adaptive Watersports

At The Lake is our Anthros flagship event that is meant to be a FUN adaptive sporting event and to raise money for the Anthros foundation. It’s a day for individuals with disabilities or special needs to experience tailored activities such as waterskiing, wake boarding, tubing runs, and shoreline activities with great instructors. We try to give each athlete several opportunities throughout the day to try their hand at each activity and have a full day of fun At The Lake!
