More than 75 million people worldwide rely on a wheelchair — yet far too many live in chairs that don’t fit, don’t function, and don’t allow them to live fully. For them, mobility isn’t just transportation. It’s independence, dignity, and the ability to participate in life. Our team has spent decades designing seating for those with the most complex needs, where the right fit can mean the difference between life and death. Through the Anthros Foundation, we put that expertise to work for those who can’t afford it, delivering custom-fit chairs, mobility equipment and life-changing support to wheelchair users and people in pain around the globe.
For those who depend on their wheelchairs and mobility equipment, we make it our responsibility to ensure those tools work for them.
Every Anthros purchase fuels this mission. A percentage of all profits goes directly to the Foundation, funding donations, adaptive programs, and resources that restore freedom and independence.

Making Waves Where It Counts
Every year, the Anthros Foundation hosts two At The Lake events— a multi-day event designed for athletes with disabilities to experience a wide range of adaptive sports and outdoor activities. From water skiing and kayaking to fishing and climbing, participants have the chance to try new challenges, build confidence, and connect with a supportive community. The event is fully organized and run by our team and volunteers, with proceeds directly funding wheelchair donations and mobility equipment for those in need.

Whether you’re new to water sports or a seasoned athlete, you can expect tailored activities from great instructors to help you meet and exceed your day of fun. Between waterskiing, wakeboarding, tubing runs, and shoreline activities you will have a day’s worth of opportunities to hang out with us at Camp Whitcomb/Mason. We try to give each athlete several opportunities throughout the day to try their hand at each activity so don’t expect it to be “one and done”! We want it to be a full day of fun At The Lake!
AT THE LAKE MICHIGAN
Between cable park adaptive skiing, kayaking, and shoreline activities you will have a day’s worth of opportunities to hang out with us at Action Wake Park. We try to give each athlete several opportunities throughout the day to try their hand at each activity so don’t expect it to be “one and done”! We want it to be a full day of fun At The Lake! As always our events are FREE!
